I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto.
I support individuals navigating disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns. I also work with anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, trauma and its impacts, life transitions, stress, perfectionism, self-criticism, and personal growth.
My work is grounded in a client-centred and integrative approach. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), along with other therapeutic approaches, to create a process that feels meaningful and effective for you. My aim is to offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions safely.
I work from a client-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens, holding space for all aspects of your identity and lived experience.
